Release that thought and come back to it! This journal was created to be a more productive, positive solution for brain overload. This is used to give your brain a break from always being on the go! Let’s get away from “ brain dumping” , the word dump has such a negative cogitation! Think about it…When we dump something we don’t want it or no longer have no use for it! But this can’t be the truth fir ALL your thoughts! The only thing you should be dumping are thoughts doubts and negative self talk that speak against who you are and what we are called to do!
